Our Puzzles

Aside from our seasonal online sets, you can also buy some of our puzzles individually in stores! In Canada, our puzzles can be found at Indigo Books, Winners ,Marshalls & Homesense. In the USA, they can be found at Homegoods, TJ Maxx & Marshalls.

We design our puzzles with the passionate puzzler in mind. Each piece is crafted from thick, durable FSC-certified paperboard that fits together with a satisfying "snap." We also apply a signature soft-touch, matte finish to eliminate distracting overhead glare, making them a dream to assemble in any lighting.

1000-Piece Puzzles: Measure approximately 20" x 27" / 50cm x 70cm when finished.
500-Piece Puzzles: Measure approximately 14" x 20" / 36cm x 51cm when finished.
Pro-tip: We recommend checking your table measurements before you start your puzzle journey!

Missing Pieces & Care

Don't panic! First, we highly recommend double-checking your puzzling area, the folds of your clothes, or under any nearby rugs (pets love to "borrow" pieces). If it’s truly gone, please contact our studio team here with the below information:
- Order # or photo of receipt
- Photo of the puzzle so we can see where the missing piece is located in the puzzle
- Photo of the back of the box so we can locate the batch #
- Since every production run is slightly different, we can only ship missing pieces for puzzles up to 12 months after purchase.

To keep your puzzle pieces pristine, always work on a flat, dry surface away from liquids or direct sunlight. When you’re done, gently break the puzzle down into large sections, place them back into the premium storage box, and store them in a cool, dry place.

Purchasing the full-collection bundle directly from our website is the only way to guarantee you secure our seasonal suite at once without having to "treasure hunt" for them individually out in the wild.

We process orders quickly so you can get right to puzzling! Most orders ship within 5 business days. As soon as your box leaves our studio, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can watch its journey to your doorstep.

We want you to love your studio experience. Unopened, factory-sealed puzzle boxes or bundles can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our warehouse. Once our team receives and inspects the return to confirm everything is in its original, pristine condition, we will promptly issue your refund. Please note that individual items from a curated bundle cannot be returned separately.
