  • Why can't I order products in your Archives Catalog?

    HOBBRY at its core is a private label design company. We design and manufacture products for retailers around the world. The products showcased in the archives section of our site showcase the breadth of what we can offer to our retailer clients and are unfortunately not available for purchase on hobbry.com. If you are interested in learning more about where the items may be availalbe for sale, please reach out to hello@hobbry.com and we can try to point you in the direction of the retailer selling the product (if it is sill available).

  • I lost a puzzle piece- Now what?

    Ooof- that’s the absolute worst! Did you ask your cat or dog? Sometimes they like to take the pieces for a walk. If you’ve exhausted your search, please reach out to hello@hobbry.com and we may be able to send you a spare piece. We can’t guarantee this but will always try to help out if we can!

  • What's your return policy?

    We handle returns and replacements individually, aiming to ensure our customers' satisfaction above all else! Should you require assistance with a recent purchase, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via email. escription goes here

  • How can I get in touch?

    For all inquiries (help with your order, press & interview requests), please email hello@hobbry.com. For wholesale requests- please email wholesale@hobbry.com.

    We are a small company who answer your emails personally, so please allow up to 48 hours for us to reply to your inquiry 

  • I’m an artist and interested in collaborating.

  • What is the status of my order?

    You will receive an email order confirmation when your order is placed, and again when it ships.

  • What if I need to change my order?

    Please email us at hello@hobbry.com as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order and we will do our best to process your request.

  • What are the domestic (Canadian) shipping costs?

    Standard domestic shipping is $15.00 CAD and shipping is free over $75.00 CAD with a promo code provided on Etsy. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has shipped.

  • Does HOBBRY ship internationally?

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.

  • Do you wholesale your products or offer discounts for large orders?

  • What if my item is lost or stolen?

    If your item is labeled as "delivered" but hasn't reached you yet, please give it a few extra business days to arrive. Sometimes packages are scanned as "delivered" while still on their way to you.

    Please note that HOBBRY is unable to replace lost or stolen items.

    Please ensure that you provide the correct mailing address and keep track of your shipment to minimize the chances of errors. If there are any issues with your delivery, we'll be more than happy to file a claim on your behalf. However, we also suggest reaching out directly to the courier to file a claim for your package in case it goes missing.
